My journey began on the trails, where I turned to endurance running for the peace and mental clarity that now define my career and brand. Having run marathons internationally and ultramarathons across the U.S., I've built a life and business rooted in the belief that movement is the key to resilience.

I founded LeLa V to provide a solution I couldn't find on the trail: effective skin health and recovery for active bodies. What started as a personal necessity has grown into a high-performance bodycare brand dedicated to supporting athletes who push their limits and need their products to do the same.

Beyond the products, I'm focused on community action and supporting the next generation. This commitment is seen through the founding of the Community in Motion 5K—which raises vital funds for families in need—and the LeLa V Leadership Scholarship, providing direct support to student-athletes. Through my book, Breaking the Cycle, and my local non-profit partnerships, I believe that the miles we run are most powerful when they serve a purpose beyond ourselves.
